Introduction and Welcome
The workshop will begin with a welcome and introduction from your facilitator. They will take a few minutes to outline the session, ensuring everyone has a clear understanding of what to expect.
Active Listening
During the workshop, the team will learn the key components to be an effective listener. They will discuss the importance of being an active listener, how to recognise and use non-verbal communication, identify roadblocks and strengthen their ability to develop meaningful relationships.
Individual and Group Activities
During the session, each person will engage in individual and group activities to translate the theories into practical application. This includes self-reflection, role play, discussion and debate. Learning from each others’ experiences provides the team with valuable opportunities to share their knowledge and grow together. All necessary materials for the exercises will be provided.
Wrap Up and Key Learnings
