About the Activity
Brush Hour
This activity allows your team to relax and reflect as they are presented with a theme (as decided by you) for their painting. This theme can relate to the team’s focus, objectives or even the values of the company. We will work with you to finalise the theme for your activity.
This is a perfect activity for tapping into experiences, ideas and interpretations while building on communication, reflection and team skills. Our team will work with you to create the activity that your team will enjoy.
Painting skills, artistic talent, self-identified creativity are not essential (or even required) for this activity.

Innovation: each person will think creatively to interpret the theme into an image

How does the activity run?
Introduction and Team Warm-Up
The event will begin with your host welcoming you to the event. They will provide an overview of the activity and explain how the activity will run.
Team Painting Launch
Following a couple individual warm-up activities your host will present the theme of the day.
Team Painting
With everyone knowing the theme of the day, the supplies are handed out and they can start planning their masterpiece. Be warned, there may be a team building twist included.
Wrap Up
As the finishing time approaches, you will be encouraged to finish up your painting. The host will facilitate a presentation amongst the group with a selection of participants sharing their painting with the wider group. A debriefing discussion will follow, and the session wraps up with a team photo with their masterpieces that they take with them.
