Click! Colours®
Building a great workplace starts with one thing: how people work together. This hands-on workshop gives individuals and teams a practical way to strengthen relationships, reduce friction, and improve emotional intelligence.
This session helps participants understand different communication styles, motivations, and behavioural drivers; including their own. Teams learn why misunderstandings happen, how perceptions form, and what gets in the way of positive working relationships.
Through facilitated discussion, participants develop greater self-awareness and learn techniques for adjusting communication in real workplace situations. The result is stronger connection, improved trust, and more confident day-to-day interactions, even when working with people who have very different styles.

Introduction and Welcome
This interactive workshop begins with a welcome and introduction from your facilitator. They will take a few minutes to outline the session, ensuring everyone has a clear understanding of what to expect.
Self Discovery Cards
During the program, each person will identify their preferred style and share what makes them tick using our proprietary Self-Discovery Cards.
Individual and Group Activities
During the session, each person will engage in various discussion to understand how the different Click! Colours® personalities approach different tasks, from planning a holiday to writing an email. The personal and professional approach builds a stronger connection to each of the styles and provides the team with valuable opportunities to share their preferences and grow together. All necessary materials for the exercises will be provided.
Wrap Up and Key Learnings
At the end of the program, your facilitator will provide a recap of the key takeaways. You will have time to ask your questions and identify ways to keep each person’s unique style front of mind. Participants will keep their set of Self-Discovery Cards for future reference.
