About the Activity

Creating Dynamic Teams

Practical strategies for building trust, connection and collaboration

Strong teams don’t happen by accident. They are built through clear understanding, intentional behaviours, and shared commitment. This interactive workshop explores how successful teams develop and what leaders and team members can do to strengthen performance from the inside out.

Participants gain a clear understanding of team development stages, how team dynamics influence behaviour, and why trust is the cornerstone of effective collaboration.

Through discussion, reflection and practical tools, teams learn how to work more cohesively, navigate challenges, and support each other’s strengths.

This workshop focuses on real-world techniquesthat can be applied immediately in the workplace. Participants leave with greater awareness of how their actions impact the wider team and practical strategies to improve engagement, communication and collaboration.

Creating Dynamic Teams

During the program, the team will learn what a dynamic team is and the techniques they can use to develop a dynamic team. They will examine different personalities, how they each bring their own strengths and preferences and how this may change as the team develops or the workplace changes.
