About the Activity
Emotional Intelligence in the Workplace
Build awareness, strengthen relationships and improve team performance
Emotional intelligence (EQ) plays a critical role in how people communicate, collaborate and perform at work. This Emotional Intelligence workshop helps individuals and teams better understand emotions; their own and others’ and use that awareness to improve everyday workplace interactions.
Throughout the workshop, participants explore how emotions influence behaviour, decision-making and communication. They develop greater self-awareness, learn how emotional responses affect team dynamics, and practise strategies for managing reactions in challenging situations.
Designed as a hands-on workshop, the session provides practical tools that can be applied immediately in the workplace. Participants build skills in recognising emotions, regulating responses, responding constructively to others, and strengthening emotional awareness across teams.
Emotional intelligence is not an innate trait, it’s a capability that can be developed and strengthened. This workshop supports individuals to grow their EQ in a supportive, interactive environment, leading to stronger relationships and more effective teamwork.
This workshop is ideal for teams, leaders and organisations looking to enhance employee wellbeing, collaboration and performance through practical emotional intelligence training.
