About the Activity

Is your team ready for a morale-boosting, endorphin-stimulating, good laugh?


This activity is the perfect way to both reset, reduce stress and increase energy and creativity. In this session your team will be guided through a range of playful laughter activities that combine a range of movements with a child-like imagination and deep breathing. 


Tapping into our imagination, the activities will generate simulated laughter that has the same benefits of a genuine good laugh. And after a few simulated laughs, the real laughter starts. 


The session will conclude with a guided relaxation to return attendees to a peaceful state of balance.


The benefits of Laughter:

  • Fast acting stress relief: it takes about 10-15 minutes for our body to feel the psychological and physiological effects of laughing

  • Increased energy: through the intake of increased oxygen into the blood stream

  • Greater connection: teams will bond over the sharing of laughter

  • Motivation: laughing is a feel-good activity and when people feel good they are more motivated

  • Creativity: taking a break for some child-like playfulness can generate new ideas to be innovative or problem solve

This Laughter session is suitable for every person, every size group, and can be delivered indoors or outdoors.

How does the activity run?
Introduction

We will welcome your group to the activity and share how the session will run. We will share the benefits of laughter and the positive impact it has on well-being.

Opening

A qualified facilitator leads the group through a series of simple, accessible activities that combine:

  • Controlled breathing techniques

  • Gentle, optional movement

  • Structured laughter exercises

  • Moments of reflection and calm


The session builds gradually, allowing participants to engage at a level that feels comfortable.

Option 1: Laughter Blaster Conference Energiser: 30 minutes

A unique and uplifting energiser to clear the mind and boost the mood. The positively contagious laughter is the perfect addition to a training day, conference or planning meeting.

Option 2: Laughter Workshop: 60-90 minutes

Create a culture of fun in your workplace by sharing a good giggle. Your staff will rediscover their playful side and ignite their joyous spirit.
