About the Activity
Scavenger Hunt Team Challenge
The Scavenger Hunt brings teams together for a fun, yet purposeful experience that encourages curiosity, observation, collaboration, and smart decision-making.
Working in small groups, participants receive a challenge list and set off to uncover a variety of answers, items, locations and creative tasks. Each challenge has a point value, and teams must think strategically about how they spend their time to maximise their score.
Rather than following a fixed path, teams choose which challenges to tackle, requiring planning, negotiation, and clear communication. Some tasks are quick wins, others require deeper thinking or movement, and many spark laughter and friendly competition along the way.
Designed to highlight the unique character of each location, this Scavenger Hunt naturally builds team connection, problem-solving skills, and engagement, all without participants feeling like they’re in a ‘training session’.
The Scavenger Hunt can be delivered in Perth, Fremantle, Subiaco, Mandurah, Bunbury, Busselton, Rottnest, across Western Australia or specifically designed for your area.
The result is a flexible, inclusive activity that energises teams, strengthens relationships, and leaves participants feeling accomplished, connected, and recharged.

How does the activity run?
Introduction and Team Warm-Up
The event begins with a warm welcome to your team. We will provide an overview of the activity and explain the how the activity will run.
Scavenger Hunt Launch
Following a couple warm-up activities your host will get you into smaller teams and distribute the Clue sheet detailing the tasks for the hunt.
Scavenger Hunt Begins
With their Clue Sheets in hand, teams race off to commence the Hunt. The Clue Sheet includes questions to answer, selfie photos to take, iconic landmarks to locate, items to find, and maybe even some puzzles to complete. Each clue or item is worth different points adding to the challenge.
Wrap Up
Teams will arrive at the finish line and hand in their Clue Sheets. While the scores are tallied, we will facilitate a debrief with the group. By this time all the scores are tallied up and we are ready to announce with winning team. The event wraps up with a team photo and congratulations to everyone.
